I wonder, can there be any possibility of winning in Iraq? The insurgency will only get stronger, not weaker. America has made a grave error of judgement. To 'win' at all costs sounds like something administration people wanted 40 years ago too, in Vietnam. There is already civil war going on in Iraq. The US helped start it.
