[...] “As the enlightened among us recognize, young boys thoroughly enjoy– some might argue, require– the company of older, sweatier, hairier males,” continued Carter. “Even if they often need assistance recognizing this fact. The NAMBLA Alert system empowers the old to find the young in a timely, convenient manner. Now, I don’t want to get caught up in vague value judgments like ‘is it legal to have sex with an 8-year-old boy?’. That’s for our good friends in the 9th Circuit Court to decide. We are simply providing a public service.” [...]

CA 9th Circus Court: Public School Prayer is Constitutional

California's 9th Circus Court of Appeals is no stranger to controversy. In fact, overt displays of judicial activism and a leftist tilt that would put Noam Chomsky to shame has made it the most overturned appellate court in the nation.

This happened in the county I live in. Now, we have a huge population of Indians here, and they are Hindu, Muslim, and Sikh. Do the other two religions get this treatment? No. We have a large Jewish population. Do they get this treatement? No. Do people know that, in Islamic teaching, that once a person says “There is no God but Allah and Mohammed is his prophet” that he is considered to be Muslim from that point on? That denying this makes him an apostate? Do they understand the Muslim punishment for being an apostate? Concerned parents might want to pay attention here.

Not only should the U.S. Supreme Court hear this appeal, the House of Representatives should impeach the justices who ruled this way.
