If he disowned Wright, it would have alienated his base and ultimately hurt his supporters. By confronting the realities of the black community, he did whatever he could in his situation to move this country forward on honest ground. People who disagree (1) focus only on the word "typical" out of a 4,000+ word speech, (2) continue to bash Wright with the desperate hope to cause residual damage to Obama, and (3) repeat 1 and 2 ad nauseum. The funniest part is when white people start getting indignant.

But hey, good on ya for your choice. You have your reasons and Obama has his, so I don't really get the point of this post.</description>
