So are you going to sit this one out Joan?

I dont really care for Mc Cain, but he beats the hell out of either of who ever the Dems finally come up with.

Hillary scares me enough, but the way the Dems seem to be wetting their pants over for the fluff coming out of Obama is more than chilling.

I attended the first (and I hope last) Nevada Republican Caucuse and was completely frustrated by the entire thing. For starters, many of my Republican friends didn't even know about the caucuse or what it was. It was very disorganized and the woman in charge of our precinct was not very knowledgeable about how to conduct a caucuse. The straw polls were on the table and anyone could have taken a handful and voted as many times as they cared to. There was no one to oversee the proceedings and, quite honestly, I don't know how a winner from the State of Nevada was selected. The question was asked of those attending if there were any volunteers to act as delegates. Twelve people volunteered, and I had no idea who any of these delegates supported. At this point, I don't even know If I will vote in the Presidential election which will be a first. We DO NOT HAVE a Republican candidate worthy of the title "Conservative"!!!

Roger Hedgecock made a good point the other day on his radio program in San Diego, electing a conservative President will not make the kind of government we want.

We should not overlook the grassroots. We need to find out who the conservatives are running locally for the school board, town council, County Commission, beause when the people ruinning for state and congressional offices with hopes of going further in the future come in and talk with local officials, and 2/3 to 3/4 of what they hear is liberal, that's what they run on.
