If Obama were to visit Iraq, he would quickly find out that people can "walk freely" in the streets of Baghdad as long as you're strapped with a bulletproof vest and have 100 American soldiers, with three Blackhawk helicopters, and two Apache gunships overhead. It used to be that you needed 200 soldiers and 5 and a half Blackhawk helicopters, but thank god for the surge. Indeed.
